1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jihabe-hulonu.sbs (the “Site”) you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and any relevant regulations governing online services, advertising and data privacy.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with verifiable parental consent and supervision. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. By creating an account or otherwise using the Site, you represent that the age information you provide is accurate and that you meet the above requirements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time via the Site or by contacting us; some data may be retained as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

We process personal information in accordance with the applicable Singaporean privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Among other rights, individuals in Singapore may have the right to: access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal data; withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data; and limit use of certain sensitive information. 5. License to Use the Site & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All content and software on the Site are owned by jihabe-hulonu or its licensors and are protected by Singaporean and international intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted—all rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not: (i) copy, modify, distribute, public-display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from Site content; (ii) remove proprietary notices; or (iii) use trademarks “jihabe-hulonu” or “jihabe-hulonu.sbs” without prior written permission.

6. User Content & DMCA Policy

If you post, upload or transmit any content to the Site (“User Content”) you retain ownership, but grant jihabe-hulonu and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Site. You represent that you have all rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any rights of third parties.

We respect intellectual-property rights and comply with relevant copyright laws. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to the Copyright Agent listed in the footer. The notice must include: (1) identification of the work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its URL, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement of unauthorized use, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable the material and, in appropriate cases, terminate repeat infringers.

7. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene or hateful conduct.
• No interference with or disruption of the Site, servers or networks.
• No unauthorized scraping, data-mining, automated bots or reverse engineering.
• No upload or distribution of viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• No infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

8. Goods, Services, Payments & Returns

• Description. Products or services on the Site are for information only. All payments occur off-site or on a post-payment basis as stated in a separate agreement.
• Delivery. Estimated domestic shipping: up to 14 business days; international: up to 30 business days. Times are estimates; delays beyond our control may occur.
• Payments. Payment methods (e.g., cash on delivery, bank transfer) will be confirmed individually. You agree to pay all fees when due.
• Returns & Refunds. Return and refund eligibility is governed by the applicable purchase agreement. Unless otherwise stated, physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition; digital goods and custom items are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Advertising, Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies—such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Pixel and other reputable providers—to analyze traffic and serve relevant ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage cookie preferences via our Cookie Policy, your browser settings, industry opt-out pages or by enabling legally-recognized opt-out signals. We do not knowingly transmit sensitive personal data to advertising platforms and we comply with their policies, including consent requirements.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jihabe-hulonu DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER jihabe-hulonu NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (2) SGD 100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless jihabe-hulonu and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power interruptions, network failures or acts of government.

15. Modifications to Service & Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use. No changes apply retroactively.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other lawful reason. Upon termination, the license granted herein ends and you must cease all use of the Site and delete any materials obtained. Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) shall survive.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Most concerns can be resolved informally—please contact us first. If not resolved, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the relevant arbitration rules, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms. No class or representative actions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.

18. Changes to Business Ownership

If jihabe-hulonu is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale or other corporate transaction, your information and these Terms may be transferred to the successor. You will be notified of any change of ownership or control as required by law.
