TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER jihabe-hulonu NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. If jihabe-hulonu is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale or other corporate transaction, your information and these Terms may be transferred to the successor. You will be notified of any change of ownership or control as required by law.
